Kings Park, Perth. We've visited the gardens before and it was good to be back. The gardeners do a great job and beds and lawns were looking spectacular in the leadup to their Wildflower Festival in a couple of weeks time. There were a lot of locals out to enjoy the first day of sunshine in a while and a lot of tourists as well.
But there were a lot of people there for another reason. They didn't seem to be looking around at the beauty. They had their heads down, eyes firmly fixed on their screens, chasing Pokemon. I suppose one good thing is they were out in the sunshine and walking.
